After you have created several invoices, QuickBooks has a print and email features which helps you to print or send the documents your customer via mail.

To Print an multiple invoice:

Click on the file menu, select print forms and click invoice

Use this window to select the customers' invoice you want to print


Click OK


Click Print


Preview the multiple customers' invoice and click OK

To Email an Invoice

When you create an invoice, on the invoice window, click Email


Enter the customer's email address - if they are more than one, separate by comma


Click Ok to send the invoice by email.
